Automatic filter is a kind of equipment that filtrate fuel, and provide reliable protection for the engine through reverse wash function.
With ingenious and concise structural design and reasonable filtration procedure design, it could not only achieve full automatic backwash of the filter cartridge body of filter net, but also discharge filtered solid harmful substance out of the body. The whole filtration and reverse wash process will continue from startup of the filter, and meet the working requirement of unmanned engine room management. It solves the deficiency that manual filter is unable to reverse wash the filter cartridge, and existing automatic filter is either with complicated structure and expensive or unable to discharge off harmful substance.
It adopts drum type structure, filter cartridge body composited by special disk type filter net. It conducts full automatic backwash of the filter net during filtration of fuel through rotating liquid flow control system. It discharges impurity out of the body at certain time or start by pressure difference automatically through pressure difference controller and automatic residue discharge system.
